Problemi di regolazione degli ormoni riproduttivi da parte dell&#8217;ipotalamo o dell&#8217;ipofisi o problemi alle ovaie possono causare disturbi dell&#8217;ovulazione.<br \/><strong><br \/>\n  <span class=\"patient-uppecase\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n  <span class=\"purple-txt bold\"> Danno alle tube di Falloppio (infertilit\u00e0 tubarica):<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong> Le tube di Falloppio danneggiate o bloccate impediscono agli spermatozoi di raggiungere l&#8217;ovulo o bloccano il passaggio dell&#8217;ovulo fecondato nell&#8217;utero. Le cause del danno o dell&#8217;ostruzione delle tube di Falloppio possono essere le seguenti:<br \/>Malattia infiammatoria pelvica, un&#8217;infezione dell&#8217;utero e delle tube di Falloppio dovuta a clamidia, gonorrea o altre infezioni sessualmente trasmesse.<br \/>Precedenti interventi chirurgici nell&#8217;addome o nella pelvi, compreso l&#8217;intervento per una gravidanza ectopica, in cui un ovulo fecondato si impianta e si sviluppa in un punto diverso dall&#8217;utero, di solito in una tuba di Falloppio.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n  <span class=\"patient-uppecase\">&#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><span class=\"purple-txt bold\"><strong> Endometriosi:<\/strong> <\/span>si verifica quando il tessuto che cresce tipicamente nell&#8217;utero si impianta e cresce in altre sedi. Questa crescita extra di tessuto &#8211; e la sua rimozione chirurgica &#8211; pu\u00f2 causare cicatrici, che possono bloccare le tube di Falloppio e impedire l&#8217;unione tra un ovulo e uno spermatozoo.<br \/>L&#8217;endometriosi pu\u00f2 anche disturbare l&#8217;impianto dell&#8217;ovulo fecondato.
